1. Who We Are

FuelFlow Connect LLC ("FuelFlow Connect," "we," "us") operates a national commercial fuel marketplace that connects verified fuel suppliers with fleet operators and fuel brokers. By creating an account or using our platform you agree to these terms.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

You must be a legitimate commercial business operating in the fuel industry — either as a licensed fuel distributor, a commercial fleet operator, or a licensed fuel broker. All accounts are manually reviewed before activation. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.

3. What We Do

FuelFlow Connect is a technology platform — we are not a fuel supplier, fuel broker, or fuel buyer. We provide the marketplace infrastructure that allows suppliers and fleets to connect and transact. We do not take title to any fuel and are not a party to any fuel sale agreement between a supplier and a fleet.

4. Platform Fees

Suppliers — pay $0.03 per gallon on confirmed deliveries only. No monthly fee. No listing fee. First two deals are free. Billed Net 30 via ACH or card on file.

Fleets — free accounts. Fleet Pro subscription is $49/month or $399/year billed in advance. Subscription renews automatically. Cancel anytime from your account settings.

Brokers — free accounts. A channel fee of $0.005 per gallon applies on confirmed deals closed for registered clients. No monthly fee.

5. Your Listings and Bids

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings including pricing, volume availability, fuel type, and delivery terms. Posting false or misleading listings may result in immediate account suspension. Fleets are responsible for the bids they place — a confirmed bid is a binding commitment to purchase the agreed volume at the agreed price.

6. Confirmed Deals

A deal is confirmed when both supplier and fleet have accepted the terms on the platform. Once confirmed, both parties are expected to complete the transaction. Failure to complete a confirmed deal without cause may result in account suspension and may be subject to dispute resolution.

7. Disputes

If a dispute arises between a supplier and a fleet, both parties should first attempt to resolve it directly. If unresolved, either party may file a dispute through the platform. FuelFlow Connect will review disputes but is not an arbitrator and our decisions are advisory, not binding. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in repeated or fraudulent disputes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use FuelFlow Connect to post false listings, manipulate pricing, circumvent platform fees, solicit other users outside the platform to avoid fees, harass other users, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Violations result in immediate account termination.

9. Data and Privacy

We collect the information you provide when creating an account and use it to operate the platform, verify your identity, process fees, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Transaction data generated on the platform may be used in aggregate and anonymized form for market intelligence and platform improvement.

10. Platform Availability

We aim to keep FuelFlow Connect available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data errors, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

FuelFlow Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. What This Agreement Covers

By creating an account on FuelFlow Connect you agree not to circumvent, bypass, or go around the platform to transact directly with suppliers, fleets, or brokers you first discovered through FuelFlow Connect — for a period of 24 months from the date of that introduction.

2. Non-Circumvention — Plain English

If you meet a supplier or fleet through FuelFlow Connect, you may not contact them outside the platform to arrange fuel transactions that bypass the platform and its fee structure. This applies to you personally and to your company, employees, agents, and affiliates.

Example: A fleet operator cannot use FuelFlow Connect to find Supplier A, then call Supplier A directly to arrange a deal and avoid the platform fee. That is circumvention and is a breach of this agreement.

3. Non-Disclosure — Plain English

Information you access on FuelFlow Connect — including pricing, supplier terminal locations, fleet volumes, bid activity, and broker client lists — is confidential. You may not share, disclose, or use this information outside of the platform for any purpose other than completing transactions through FuelFlow Connect.

4. Non-Solicitation — Plain English

You may not use FuelFlow Connect to recruit suppliers, fleets, or brokers away from the platform — whether to a competing platform, a direct arrangement, or any other business purpose outside of FuelFlow Connect transactions.

5. Broker Client Protection

Clients registered by a broker are protected from direct outreach by FuelFlow Connect. In exchange, the broker agrees that all fuel procurement for those registered clients that originates from FuelFlow Connect introductions must be transacted through the platform.

6. Duration

This agreement is effective from the date you create your account and remains in effect for 24 months following any introduction made through the platform, even if your account is closed or terminated.

7. Consequences of Breach

If you breach this agreement FuelFlow Connect may immediately terminate your account, pursue recovery of fees that would have been earned on circumvented transactions, and seek legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages. You agree that a breach of this agreement would cause irreparable harm that money alone cannot remedy.

8. Exceptions

This agreement does not apply to relationships that existed before your account was created on FuelFlow Connect, provided you can demonstrate with documentation that the relationship predates your platform registration.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in Maryland courts.

By checking the box during account creation you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement on behalf of yourself and your company.

FuelFlow Connect LLC ("FuelFlow Connect," "we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the FuelFlow Connect platform at fuelflowconnect.com and app.fuelflowconnect.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information — When you create an account we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and role-specific information such as DOT number (fleets), distributor license number (suppliers), or broker license number (brokers).

Transaction Data — We collect information about bids placed, listings posted, deals confirmed, pricing, volume, and delivery details. This data is necessary to operate the platform and process fees.

Verification Data — We collect and process DOT numbers, business registration information, and address data to verify accounts through third-party services including the FMCSA database and address verification services.

Usage Data — We collect information about how you use the platform including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the platform.

Communications — When you contact support or send messages through the platform we retain those communications to resolve issues and improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the platform, verify your identity and business legitimacy, process platform fees and send invoices, send you notifications about bids, deals, and price alerts, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and detect and prevent fraud.

We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails beyond platform-related communications. You can manage your email preferences from your account settings at any time.

4. How We Share Your Information

Between platform participants — When you post a listing or place a bid, necessary transaction information is shared with the other party to facilitate the deal. Suppliers see fleet bid details. Fleets see supplier listing details.

Service providers — We share data with trusted third parties who help us operate the platform including Firebase (database and authentication), EmailJS (transactional emails), Stripe (payment processing), and address verification services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Legal requirements — We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Broker Client Protection

Clients registered by broker accounts are given special privacy protections. Their contact information and company details are used exclusively to suppress them from FuelFlow Connect direct marketing. We do not contact, solicit, or market to broker-registered clients under any circumstances.

6. Transaction Data and Market Intelligence

Transaction data generated on the platform — including pricing, volume, and regional activity — may be aggregated and anonymized to produce market intelligence reports and platform analytics. This aggregated data does not identify individual companies or participants. It is used to improve the platform and may be published as general market insights.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication with two-factor verification, and access controls that limit who within our organization can access your data. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for billing, legal compliance, and dispute resolution purposes even after account deletion. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@fuelflowconnect.com — we will delete what we are legally permitted to delete within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information subject to legal retention requirements, opt out of non-essential communications, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.

10. Cookies and Tracking

FuelFlow Connect uses minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not participate in behavioral advertising networks.

11. Children's Privacy

FuelFlow Connect is a commercial B2B platform intended for business use only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email and by posting a notice on the platform when material changes are made. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
