Who We Are

Independent.
Vetted. Aligned.

FuelFlow Connect is an independent fuel continuity and coordination firm that supports fleet operators and fuel suppliers by aligning reliable supply with qualified demand.

We do not sell fuel, set pricing, manage contracts, or handle delivery. Our role is to reduce fuel supply risk, improve operational readiness, and support controlled growth by facilitating vetted introductions and ongoing coordination.

All fuel pricing, contracting, delivery, and payment occur directly between fleets and suppliers. FuelFlow Connect does not participate in fuel transactions.
FUELFLOW CONNECT

How It
Works

We engage selectively based on operational need and geographic fit to ensure meaningful, long-term alignment for both fleets and suppliers.

01
Fleet Intake
Fleet operators share basic fueling details — locations, estimated volume, and fueling method — to begin the process.
02
Supplier Matching
We identify fuel suppliers capable of supporting your geographic footprint and specific operational needs.
03
Direct Contracting
Fleets contract, price, and pay suppliers directly. FuelFlow Connect does not participate in fuel transactions.
04
Ongoing Coordination
We remain involved to support communication, continuity planning, and escalation coordination when needed.

Built for
Reliability

FuelFlow Connect operates as a fuel continuity and coordination partner, aligning vetted fuel suppliers with qualified fleet operators to strengthen reliability, redundancy, and access.

We engage on a selective, needs-driven basis — allowing both parties to maintain direct commercial relationships and full operational control.

🔗
Vetted Introductions
We only facilitate connections where there is a clear operational and geographic fit — no speculative matches.
🛡
Supply Risk Reduction
Our coordination model helps fleets build redundancy before disruptions occur — not after.
📋
No Transaction Control
Pricing, contracts, delivery, and payment remain entirely between the fleet and supplier. We never touch the transaction.
📈
Controlled Growth
Built for organizations that prioritize reliability — we reduce supply risk without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Why FuelFlow Connect

What Sets Us
Apart

01
Independent & Neutral
We have no stake in pricing, margins, or fuel transactions. Our only interest is making sure both parties find the right fit — every time.
02
Vetted Relationships Only
We don't cast a wide net. Every introduction is based on geographic fit, operational capacity, and verified readiness — on both sides.
03
Risk Reduction First
Our coordination model is built around supply continuity — helping fleets establish backup options before disruptions happen, not after.
04
No Disruption to Existing Relationships
We work alongside your current supplier setup, not against it. Adding redundancy doesn't mean replacing what already works.
05
Ongoing Support
Our involvement doesn't end at introduction. We stay engaged to support communication, continuity planning, and escalation coordination.
06
Selective Engagement
We work with a limited number of partners at a time — so every fleet and supplier we engage with gets our full attention and focus.

How We
Get Paid

Our fee structure is straightforward, transparent, and designed so that both sides can trust that our only incentive is making the relationship work.

🚛
Free for Fleet Operators
Fleet operators pay nothing to work with FuelFlow Connect. Our coordination fee is always paid by the supplier side — so fleets get access to vetted suppliers at zero cost.
Performance-Based Supplier Fee
Fuel suppliers pay a small per-gallon coordination fee only on active matched relationships. No upfront costs, no retainers — we only earn when the relationship is working.
🤝
No Transaction Control
We never touch pricing, contracts, or payments. All commercial terms are set directly between the fleet and supplier. Our fee is separate and does not affect fuel pricing.

Across the US

We maintain active relationships with qualified ULSD suppliers across six US regions. Every supplier in our network has been evaluated for geographic coverage, delivery capability, and operational reliability before any introduction is made.

Active
Mid-Atlantic & Southeast
Established supplier relationships along the I-95 corridor and throughout the Southeast, including logistics hubs in Virginia, the Carolinas, and Georgia.
Active
Midwest & Great Lakes
Suppliers with capacity to support high-volume fleet operations throughout Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, and surrounding states.
Active
South Central & Gulf Coast
Coverage across Texas, Louisiana, and the broader Gulf Coast region — including suppliers with access to major refinery infrastructure.
Active
Southwest
Growing supplier network across Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico supporting regional trucking and construction fleet operations.
Expanding
Pacific Northwest
Vetted supplier relationships across Washington and Oregon with capability to support both urban distribution and remote site fueling needs.
Expanding

All supplier relationships are confidential until a formal introduction is made. We do not share supplier details publicly — introductions are made only when there is a verified operational fit on both sides.

Specialized Focus

Government Contractor
Fleet Solutions

Fuel supply disruptions during a government contract aren't just an operational headache — they can trigger performance penalties, contract reviews, and damage relationships with contracting officers that took years to build.

Contract compliance reviews are increasingly asking one question most contractors can't answer well: "What happens to your operation if your primary fuel supplier has a disruption?" FuelFlow Connect is that answer. We help government contractors build documented, vetted fuel supply redundancy before it's needed — not after.

We understand the procurement environment, compliance documentation requirements, and the operational standards government contractors are held to. That means faster vetting, better-matched suppliers, and a coordination partner who speaks your language from day one.
